Baked Mushroom Rice

  • Rice (Soaked) 1-1/2 cup
  • Green Onion (Slice) ½ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Mushroom (Slice) 1 tin
  • Stock 2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp



  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion for few second.
  2. Add mushroom and sauté.
  3. Add stock, salt and black pepper powder.
  4. When it boils add rice and cook till one boil comes.
  5. Add all mixture in baking dish and cover with foil, bake for 25 to30 min.
