Bhuni Hui Kaleji By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Mutton Liver ½ kg
  • Grinded Ginger, Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chili ½ tbsp
  • Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Roasted and White Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Green chilies 4
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped Coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil as required

 

For Washing Liver:

  • Unpeel Mashed Garlic 1 stick

 

Method:

  1. Paste ginger garlic on liver and keep aside for 15 minutes then cook liver and grinded ginger garlic  in a karahi.
  2. When water is dry add crushed red chili roasted white cumin crushed black pepper and oil and serve with lemon green chili and coriander
