Shia interests in cooking dawned at an early age; she was trained in culinary art by some renowned experts in the related field.  A food enthusiast, she stepped up into practice by catering from home since 2005 & excelled both in sweet and savory dishes initially in her own Parsi community and then extended her professional expertise to catering for friends and through word of mouth has developed a niche clientele for herself. Her diverse cooking skills extend from her own Parsi dishes to exotic desserts and she is equally proficient in wedding and Christmas cakes.  A passion to indulge in chocolate making, desserts and a variety of cakes keeps her gainfully occupied at home,  including being a full time mum to two boisterous boys. Zarnak consistently challenges her knowledge by the inclusion of new ingredients in her recipes.  She intends to revive traditional Parsi cuisine so that they can be passed onto a wider circle of food lovers.Her other interests include entertaining, reading and travelling.
