Chicken Wings with Hot Rice By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:  

  • Chicken Wings 8
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic Paste ½ tsp
  • Cornflour ½ cup
  • Egg 1
  • Oil as required

 

Ingredients Of Hot Sauce:  

  • Hot Chili Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 2  tsp
  • Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Tomato Paste 4 tbsp
  • Green Chilies Paste 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

 

Ingredients Of Rice:

  • Rice (soaked) ½ kg
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Spring Onion  1 cup
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Water 2 cup

 

METHOD:

  1. Marinate chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, corn flour, egg and leave it half an hour.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and fry.
  3. For making hot sauce, in separate heat butter add chopped garlic and fry.
  4. When aroma comes, add lemon juice, hot chili sauce, tomato paste, green chili paste, salt and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Then add finely chopped garlic and mix.
