GREEN MASALAY KAY CHOPS Recipe

Ingredients

  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Lemon juice 3
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Green chilies 10
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
 

Methods

  1. Add the chops in the pan, add in salt and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 cup yogurt boil it, cook it till the water dries.
  2. Grind together green chilies, garlic cloves and 1 bunch green coriander.
  3. Make a chutney.
  4. In a pan, add in 1 cup oil, add in chopped onion, fry them till they are golden brown.
  5. Take out half of it.
  6. In the remaining half in the pan, add in green paste, fry it and add in 2 lemon juice and salt.
  7. Take some oil in the frying pan and fry chops.
  8. Then add the chops in the pan and add in lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish it with fried onion and serve.
