Haryali Kabab By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Chopped Mint 1 bunch
  • Coriander 2 bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Bread Slices 2
  • Green chilies 8
  • Gram Flour 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya Paste 1 tbsp
  • Seekh kabab Masala 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. Make a chutney of green chilies and coriander and roast gram in an oil then to beef add in bread slices and mix and made chutney add as well.
  2. Now add chopped mint salt seekh kabab masala roasted gram flour egg fresh cream and raw papaya paste keep aside.
  3. Then make a seekh kabab and shallow fry and serve.
