Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • White Sesame 2 tbsp
  • White Cumin ½ tbsp
  • Chopped Onions 2
  • Ginger, garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry Leaves few
  • Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green Chilies 1-2

Method:

  1. Roast white sesame and white cumin and grind.
  2. Then in a skillet put mutton chopped onion turmeric red chili powder salt and oil and let it cook when meat is tender add green chili roasted and grinded masala.
  3. Cook peel potatoes and fry in frying pan add in a salan add tamarind juice and curry ,eaves and let it cook when oil a highet then serve with rice.
