Pasanday Masala By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Meat Strips ½ kg
  • Lemons 2
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger Powder 2 tbsp
  • Raw Papaya Paste 2 tbsp
  • Behari Masala 3 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash beef strips and mash add raw papaya red chili powder bihari masala grinded ginger yogurt salt lemon juice and crushed black pepper and keep aside then in a frying pan heat oil and cook.
  2. When water is dry after golden brown add lemon juice add onion tamarind chutney mint and green chili and serve.
