Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ingredients for Sizzler
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt ½ tsp
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Boiled rice 2 cup
  • French fries 1 cup
  • Butter 50 gm

Recipe Method

  1. Marinate ½ kg boneless chicken with 1 cup yogurt, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp garlic paste for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put marinated chicken in a pan, cover and cook on low flame till chicken is tender.
  3. Add ½ cup water, ½ cup tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce, ½ tsp Chinese salt and 1 tsp brown sugar. Mix well and turn the flame off.
  4. Heat a sizzling platter, put 2 cup boiled rice in a corner, put 1 cup French fries in other corner.
  5. Now put prepared chicken in centre. Spread 1 cup chopped spring onion, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese and 50 gm butter on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
