Recipe Ingredients

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Onion 1 ground
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • C oriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Cauliflower 250 grams
  • Oil ½ cup

Recipe Method

  1. Heat oil fry ground onion for 5 mins, add ginger garlic paste ,c hopped tomato, mutton, salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder fry well.
  2. Add 2 cups water cover and cook till mutton nearly tender, add yogurt fry well, add  1 cup water for fravy will cauliflower. Cover leave it on dum till mutton nd cauliflower tenders,lastly add all spice, coriander leaves and green chilies.
