Masala TV recipe of Tandoori Murgh from Lively Weekends. This mouth-watering "Main Course" recipe for Tandoori Murgh can be prepared in 40 minutes and serves 3-4 people.

Recipe Ingredients

01 Kg Chicken
to taste Salt pepper
2 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tps Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Crushed red chilies
1/2 tps Garam masala powder
pinch Nut- meg
1/4 tsp Saffron color
1/2 tsp Roasted crushed Cumin seed
1/2 tps Roasted crushed Coriander seeds
2 tbsp 12. Lemon juice
1 Cup Yoghurt
3 nos Finely chopped green chilies
5 tbps Oil

Recipe Method


Take 01 kg chicken, cut into 1x 8 pieces..
take a bowl, put yoghurt, salt & pepper to taste, ginger
& garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, crushed red chilies,
roasted cumin crushed seeds, roasted crushed coriander seeds, garam masala
powder, pinch of Nut meg, 1/4 tps saffron color, 01 lemon juice, finely chopped
green chilies & 5 tbs oil. Mix it well.
Put the chicken pieces into the tandooori masala, mix it
properly. Leave it for rest for 15 minutes.
Take deep pan or a baking try. Pre heat the oven to 180 c
for electric oven & 350 f for gas oven, put the marinated chicken into the
oven to bake, bake it for 20 minutes.
Serve it hot from oven with hot Nan’s & chapattis.
