Shakarkandi ki Kheer By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Sweet Potatoes 4
  • Fresh Milk 1 liter
  • Small Cardamoms 4
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Boiled, Peeled and chopped Almonds 15
  • Boiled, peeled and chopped Pistachios 20

 

Method:

  1. Make a powder small cardamoms and sugar and mash to sweet potatoes then in a skillet.
  2. Put fresh milk add cardamoms powder and sugar and cook till thick.
  3. Now add sweet potatoes and cook.
  4. Then add chopped almonds and pistachios and serve.
