  • Meat ½ kg
  • Spring Onion 250 gms
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Garlic 6
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
  • Bread Slices 2
  For Making Masala:
  • Fried Onion 1 cup
  • Yogurt 250 gms
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onions 2
  • Butter 100 gms
 

Methods

  1. In a chopper, chopped meat, spring onion, green chilies, garlic,ginger, cumin seeds, garam masala powder and bread slices.
  2. Make the shape of kababs.
  3. In a blender, blended fried onion, salt and yogurt.
