Ingredients:

  • Beef boneless 750grams
  • Onion 4
  • Tomatoes 5-6
  • Papaya 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Roasted whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • All spice powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 6
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Coal 1 piece

Method :
In boneless beef ,yogurt ,papaya ,ginger ,garlic ,salt and red chili powder mix then keep in refrigerator .now heat oil and fry onion .then tomato ,roasted cumin ,roasted whole coriander ,all spices powder and 1 tspof salt add then roast .now beef add and cook on low heat .when beef tender then roast .after this add chaat masala ,green coriander and green chili then do the smoke for coal then read barbecue tikka masala ready .

Ingredients:

 

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Cashew nuts 100 gm
  • Almond 100 gm
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 3 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Charcoal for smoke
  • Coriander ½ cup
  • Green chili 8 pieces
  • Fresh yogurt ½ cup

Method:
First, cook mutton until it is half done. Then add yogurt ginger garlic paste. Once it is half done set aside. Meanwhile, make a paste of almonds and cashew nuts. Set aside. Then in a blender add chopped garlic, coriander and green chili. Blend well and set aside. Now in wok heat oil, add half done mutton and add almond and cashew nuts paste. Also add the green paste. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add all the spices, cover and cook well. Now add fresh cream and cook properly. Once it is done give charcoal’s smoke. In the end place it in a dish and serve hot.

  • Seekh Kabab 1packet
  • Onion chopped 1cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 1cup
  • Coriander 1bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Butter 50gm
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1tbsp

 

Method:
Heat oil and butter now fry the kababs , add all the ingredients and chop well , lastly sprinkle coriander and serve.
