  • Potatoes 2 medium
  • Cauliflower 1 medium
  • Chopped carrot 1 medium
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder ¼ tsp
  • All spice powder ¼ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt to taste


Cook cauliflower and carrots add water of needed. Then add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder and cook till vegetables gets soft. Give cumin seeds tempering on cauliflower then add all spice powder, let it simmer. Serve hot.


  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Rice noodles 1 packet
  • Garlic, minced 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Ground white pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Eggs, omelet broken 2
  • Onion thinly sliced 1/4 medium
  • Bell pepper (julienne) 1/2 medium
  • Carrot, (julienne) 1/2 medium
  • Curry powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Springonions, sliced 2

In a boiling salted water add rice noodles and boil until it becomes soft and cooked. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Drain the noodles in a strainer, rinse with cold water and drain until dry. Then in wok heat 2 teaspoons oil. Add prawns and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside. Now add onion and continue to stir-fry. Then add bell pepper and stir then add carrots. Then add curry powder,garlic,soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, and mix well. Season it with salt, and cook. Now add eggs omelet, cooked prawns and noodles. Stir-fry until everything is evenly combined, about 30 seconds. Season with salt, white pepper. Remove from heat. Now add fresh coriander, mix well. Lastly add to a serving bowl and add green onions. Serve hot.
