Ingredients:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Tomatoes sliced 3
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Cayenne pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1tbsp
  • Ginger julienned 1tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander as required
  • Lemon 1

 

Method:

Heat oil in pan sauté onion well. Add potato with ginger garlic paste, kashmiri red chili, red chili, turmeric, coriander, crushed red chilies and salt cook. Add tomatoes cook well till oil is separate. Add green chilies, all spices, cumin, green coriander, ginger and lemon toss well.

  • Whole all spice 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Screw water 1 tbsp
  • Food color ½ tsp
  • Chicken mix boti 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander chopped handful
  • Mint chopped handful
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Onion fried ½ cup
  • Rice 500 gm
  • Dried plum 2-3

 

Method:
In a bowl add yogurt, Screw pine essence and yellow food color beat well.
In a pot add chicken, ginger garlic paste and whole all spice fry for 2-3 minutes. then add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, green chili paste, lemon juice, mix well. Bring it to boil, cover & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes. Cook on high flame until water is reduced switch off the flame. Add coriander, mint leaves, dried plum, green chilies, fried onion prepared yogurt. Layer with boil rice cover and steam on low flame for 18-20 minutes. Remove and serve!
