Ingredients:

  • Potato boiled & mashed 1 cup
  • Gram flour ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Sweet soda 1 pinch
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Sugar 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Papri 2 to 3
  • Chaat masala as required
  • Oil for frying

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men aaloo, besan, namak, lal mirch or meetha soda dal ko pani kay sath garha paste bana lain.phir karah men oil garam ker kay baray fry ker lain phir fry ker nay kay ban baron ko 30 seconds kay liye pani men dip ker kay nichor ker rakh lain.ab ek mixing bowl men dahi men chini dal ker ghoul lain ab baron ko meethay dahi men dal ker upper ser papri or chat masala dal ker serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Green peas boiled & mashed ½ cup
  • Chick peas boiled & mashed ½ cup
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Green chili small chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed ¼ tsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Potato small diced (boiled) 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Papri 1 to 2
  • Sweet yogurt 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Green chutney 2 to 3 tbsp

Method:
Pan men ghee garam ker kay lehsan or mirchon ko sauté kay ker kay matter or chanay dal ker achi tarhan bhoon lain phir namak, zeera or kali mirch dal ker mix ker lain ab is mixture ko serving plate men nikal ker upper se piyaz, aaloo, timater, hara dhain, meetha dahi, hari chutney or papri dal ker serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Potato julienned ½ cups
  • Onion julienned ½ cups
  • Green chili julienned 1 to 2
  • Cabbage julienned ½ cups
  • Spaghetti boiled ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Sweet soda ¼ tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men besan or tamam ajza dal ker mix ker lain or pani dal ker garha paste bana lain.
Ab ek karahi men oil garam ker kay pakoron ko halki aanch per fry karen jab golden color aajae to nikal ker serve karen.

Ingredients for Mousse:

  • Whipping cream 300 gm
  • Water melon 100 gm
  • Black salt 1 pinch
  • Gelatin powder 2 tbsp

To Assemble:
Water melon chunks 1 cup
Vanilla sponge cubes 1 cup
Water melon small chunks for decoration

 

 

Method:
Mousse bananay kay liye mixing bowl men whipped cream, tarbooz ka paste, kala namak or gelatin powder dal ker mix ker lain.
Ab serving tray men sponge or tarbooz kay cubes dal ker upper se mousse dalen or 15 se 20 minutes kay liye bowl ko freezer men rakh den jab mousse set hojae jo small chunk se dish ko decorate ker kay serve karen.
