Ingredients for Naan Dough:

Flour 2 cup
Wheat flour ½ cup
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Baking powder ¾ tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for filling:

  • Boiled potatoes 3-4
  • Carom seeds ¾ tsp
  • Raw mango powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Crushed coriander, green chilies 4 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1-1/2tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

Ingredients for garnish:

  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1-1/2tsp
  • Butter as required

Method:

Knead dough with all ingredients and left for 2 hour. When it rinse make balls. Mix all ingredients of filling. Roll balls and fill with filling and again roll, decorate with garnish ingredients. Bake in pre heat oven. Remove and brush with butter.

Ingredients:

  • Chopped walnut 250 gm
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Whole dried milk 250 gm
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Dried milk ¾ cup
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Pistachios for garnish
  • Walnut for garnish
  • Silver wrap for garnish

Method:
Heat milk, add sugar and cardamom powder cook till sugar has dissolved. Add whole dried milk cook. When it thick add chopped walnut and dried milk. Add clarified butter cook. When it turns golden remove and garnish with pistachio, walnut and silver wrap.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 3-4
  • Boiled peas ¾ cup
  • Cabbage 2 cup
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt, chili, turmeric to taste
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Whole all spice ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Green coriander as required

Method:
Heat oil add mustard fry well. Add chopped ginger, cumin powder and chopped green chilies fry well. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, chilies, turmeric, cook well. Add potatoes with ½ cup of water cook till done. Add cabbage and boiled peas simmer. Add whole all spice and green coriander serve.
