Here is the simple recipe of soft and tender Afghani Chicken Kababs. Have these with tandoor ki roti and we guarantee you that you will fall in love with these.

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Grinded fennel seeds 1 tsp
Roasted & crushed cumin seeds 1 ½ tsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Capsicums 2
Onions 2
Wooden skewers as required
Coal 1 piece
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp

METHOD:

Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours.
Pierce chicken cubes on wooden skewers alternating with onion and capsicum cubes.
Grill these chicken skewers.
Then give dum of coal.
Serve drizzled with cream and dash of butter.
