Ingredients:

  • Plain Flour ½ kg
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Clarified butter 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
  • Ingredients for Sprinkles:
  • White Cumin Seeds 1tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Almonds, Pistachios 3-4 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 4 tbsp

Method:
In flour add yeast, ghee, salt, sugar, cardamom powder and knead dough with milk and water. Make soft dough and leave it to rise. When it raises roll it in naan form and sprinkle Finely Chopped Almonds, Pistachios and white cumin seed and press them with hand. Now bake in pre heat oven till it gets golden now remove from oven spray with water and brush with clarified butter .

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince 600 gms
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Star Anise Powder 2 pinch
  • Chickpea Powder 1 tbsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • All spice Powder ¾ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies as required
  • Pine Nuts/Dried Melon Seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:
In beef mince mix salt, red chili powder, Pine Nuts or Dried Melon Seeds, ginger garlic, papaya paste, chickpeas powder, star anise powder and all spice powder and leave it for 2-3 hours. Now heat butter and oil and sauté onion then add mince and cook well, add little water and cook. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies and serve with naan.

Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 cup
  • Dates 10-12
  • Bananas 4
  • Cardamom Powder 2 pinch
  • Ice 1 cup

Method:
Blend Milk, Dates, Bananas, Cardamom Powder and Ice well and serve in glass.
