Afghani Mutton has well cooked mutton, combined with some curry and boiled eggs which meals it a perfect meal for dinner time. Have this one today for dinner!

  • Mutton 500 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Cashews 6 – 7
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice 3 – 4 drops
  • Fenugreek ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Coriander as required

Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste and turmeric.
Blend onion green, chilies, cashews, fresh coriander and make a paste.
In a bowl add fresh cream and yogurt, black pepper, salt, Fenugreek, chaat masala, garam masala powder Lemon Juice mix well add boil mutton and onion paste in this mixture marinate for one hour.
In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil add mutton and fry till golden brown now add remaining mixture cook until oil separated add fry mutton in it.
Garnish with fresh cream serve with garlic naan.


  • Chicken boneless 250 grams
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 -5
  • Curry leaves 6-8
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Dark soy sauce ½ tsp
  • Fresh coriander for sprinkle
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Marinate chicken strips with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and egg. Set aside for 30 min. Deep fry one by one till golden brown in medium flame.
Take another pan add 1 tbsp oil chopped garlic , green chilies Julienned, curry leaves, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, yogurt, salt, chicken powder, dark soya sauce stir fry add fried chicken , garnish with fresh coriander leaves.


  • Penny pasta 1 packet
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Broccoli ¼ cup
  • Mushrooms ¼ cup
  • Corn ¼ cup
  • Mix bell pepper ¼ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Red chili flakes ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice few drops
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Cheese 2 tbsp

For Peri Peri Masala:

  • Red chili powder 3 tsp
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Sugar powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp


Boil pasta, set aside.
Add oil in a pan add chop garlic sauté , add all veggies salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, oregano, lemon juice stir well.
Take a pan add butter , flour, milk to make a fine texture add salt, pepper, peri peri masala, mix veggies, boil pasta, tomato ketchup, processed cheese mix well garnish with black olives n oregano leaves.


  • Potatoes boiled 3-4
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Roux 1 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp
  • Meat balls 1 packet
  • Water 1 cup

In a pan put oil add garlic paste sauté add water in it , black pepper, salt, chicken powder, white pepper, oregano, roux for thickness, cream and cheddar cheese, now add boil potatoes in it mix well,
Shallow fry mon salwa meat balls,
In a baking pan add half mixture or potatoes in it, then add meat balls now add remaining mixture add mozzarella and cheddar cheese sprinkle oregano and bake for 5 to 6 min just for giving color when cheese melts.
