Ingredients:
For dough:
- All-purpose flour 2 cups
- Carom seeds ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Clarified butter 5 tsp
For stuffing:
- Green chilies chopped 1 tsp
- Potatoes boiled and mashed 5
- Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds Crushed 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mango powder ½ tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
To make flour paste:
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Water as required
- Oil to fry
Method:
In a bowl add all the dough ingredients and knead a dough properly. Leave it. Then heat oil add green chilies, mashed potatoes and all the spices. Mix well and allow it to cool down. Now mix flour paste ingredients. Then spread the dough evenly and cut in rectangle shape. Now in a long side add the masala and fold it. Then do as it is with the remaining dough. Roll properly. Now seal both dough’s end with flour paste. Then combine both the dough and make one. Give it a ring shape. Lastly try on a medium flame. Serve hot.

- Chia seeds (soaked) 2 tbsp
- Mix fruits (chopped) ½ cup
- Beaten yogurt ½ cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Nuts (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Rolled oats 3 tbsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients, layer it and serve chilled.

- Yogurt 1 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Rose syrup 2-3 tbsp
- Rose water 1-2 tsp
- Cardamom powder 2-3 pinches
- Cinnamon powder 2-3 pinches
- Salt a pinch
- Ice cubes as required
- Rose flower or petals 1 (for garnishing)
Method:
In a blender add all the ingredients, blend well. Lastly garnish with rose and serve.
