Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 6
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Fried onion ground 4 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Blended tomatoes 3
  • Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Green Coriander for Garnish

 

METHOD:

Heat oil, add tomato puree, blended tomatoes, spices and fried onion and cook for 5 minutes. Now put 1 cup water and cook until gravy is thick. Then add boiled eggs, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Biryani masala 2 tbsp
  • Ground green chilies 8
  • Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
  • Mace powder ¼ tsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Orange food color 1 pinch
  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Coal for smoke
  • Fried onion ½ cup

METHOD:

Marinate chops with ginger, garlic, yogurt, biryani masala, ground green chilies and all dry spices for 30 minutes. Heat oil, put fried onion, chops, tomatoes and green chilies, cover it and cook until chops tender. Heat oil in other pan, add chops, fried onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, boiled rice, orange food color, yogurt and cream and mix it. Now cover, simmer it for 15-20 minutes, give smoke of coal and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Beef pasanday ½ kg
  • Raw papaya 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Fried & chopped onion 3 tbsp
  • Roasted & chopped poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Roasted& crushed whole red chilies 10
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup

Ingredients for Simmer

  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Onion 1
  • Coal 1

 

METHOD:

Marinate pasanday with all ingredients for 1 hour. Cook pasanday in hot oil on low flame. Now put yogurt, salt, green chilies, simmer it and give coal smoke. Cover for a while, serve hot.
