  • Butter 250 grams
  • Sugar 250 grams
  • Flour 275 grams
  • Eggs 6
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Water 2 tbsp

In a bowl add butter and sugar and beat well. then add egg one by one then vanilla essence, flour and water then mix well. after this pour in piping bag and make the biscuits. then bake in preheated oven at 160 degree centigrade for 12 to 14 minutes and serve.


  • Egg white 100 grams
  • Sugar 200 grams
  • Crushed coconut 100 grams
  • Red or pink color few drop

In a pan beat egg white and sugar. Then add crushed coconut and color mix. Cook this mixture on low heat until it boils. Then pour this mixture in piping bag and make macaroons. then bake in preheated oven at 120 degree centigrade for 40 to 45 minutes and serve.

  • Butter 150 grams
  • Dark chocolate 225 grams
  • Flour 120 grams
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 2.5 grams
  • Cocoa powder 20 grams
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Walnut as required

In a mixer add eggs and sugar to beat it .then in a sauce pan add butter and chocolate melt .after this in a bowl add flour ,corn flour ,cocoa powder and baking powder mix .now add egg ,chocolate and dry mixture mix well .after this in a baking dish grease with oil .then add mixture and walnut and again mix .then bake in preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 30 to 35 minutes and serve .
