Ingredients
- Vermicelli 1 pckt
- Butter/Ghee 3-4 tbsp
- Condensed Milk 3-4 tbsp
- Water 3-4 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
- Mozzarella Cheese 100 g
- Rose Water 1 tbsp
- Simple Syrup 100 ml
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Pistachios 10-12 chopped
Method:
1. In a sauce pan add ghee, vermicelli, condensed milk stir then add water and remove from heat
2. Add spoonfuls in a cupcake tray and press it down
3. Add shredded mozzarella cheese in the centre and top it off with another layer of vermicelli mix, press gently
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 6-8 mins
5. Meanwhile in bowl add lemon juice and rosewater to simple syrup, later pour on knafeh bites after taking out of the oven
6. Garnish with finely chopped pistachios, serve warm
Ingredients
- Mashed Potatoes 120 g
- Flour 120 g
- Butter 50 g
- Water 120 ml
- Milk 120 ml
- Eggs 3
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Red & White Pepper to taste
- Ginger garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Coriander for garnishing
Method:
1. In a pan add water, milk, butter, salt, sugar stir untill everything is melted then add flour and mix to remove lumps
2. In a mixing bowl add seasonings and gg paste to mashed potatoes, mix and set aside
3. Now add dough to mashed potatoes and mix to drop temperature then add eggs one by one
4. Transfer the mix to a piping bag with star nozzle
5. Carefully pipe in hot oil, fry in hot oil until golden brown
6. Garnish and serve with desired sauce
