- Olive oil as required
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Green capsicum 1
- Garlic crushed 2cloves
- Tomatoes 2cups
- Oregano 2tbsp
- Italian seasoning 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Red pepper crushed 1tsp
- Salt as required
- Cheddar cheese ½ cup
- Mozzarella 1cup
- Pasta 1packet
- Chickpeas, rinsed and drained 1 ½ cups
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Lemon juice ¼ cup
- Garlic 1clove
- Salt to taste
- tahini ½ cup
- Ground cumin ½ teaspoon
- Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to drizzle
- Paprika to sprinkle
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the tahini, and lemon juice and process for 1 minute, scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl then process for 30 seconds more.
Add the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, and a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the tahini and lemon juice, Process for 30 seconds, scrape the sides and bottom until well blended. Add half of the chickpeas to the food processor and process for 1 minute, then add remaining chickpeas and process until thick and quite smooth; 1 to 2 minutes., slowly add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water until you reach the perfect consistency.
Taste for salt and adjust as needed. Serve hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and dash of paprika. Store homemade hummus in an airtight container and refrigerate up to one week.
- Tikka boti ½ packet
- Warm water 320ml
- Yeast 1 packet
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt ¾ tsp
- All-purpose flour 450gm
- Cornmeal for dusting
Ingredients for toppings:
- Bell pepper chopped 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Tomato chopped 2 tbsp
- Olives 2 tbsp
- Chicken tikka boti as required
- Grated cheese mozzarella 2 cup
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and oil. Knead until smooth. Let rest for 90 minutes.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan dusted with cornmeal. Spread with Add topping onions, tomato, olives, Grated cheese and chicken tikka boti
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving
