Ingredients

  • for Dough:
  • Flour 270 g
  • Water 210 ml
  • Oil 60 ml
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Filling:
  • Nuts 250 g
  • Sugar 30 g
  • Cinnamon Powder ½ tsp
  • Clove 1
  • For Brushing
  • Melted Butter 125 ml
  • For Syrup:
  • Sugar 188 gm
  • Water 140 ml
  • Honey 70 gm
  • Cinnamon Stick 1 stick
  • Lemon juice 20 ml
 

Methods

 
  1. For dough mix all ingredients in a bowl and form dough.
  2. Blend all ingredients of filling in a blender.
  3. For syrup boil add ingredient in a pan and form syrup
  4. Make 20 balls of dough and roll the sheets with rolling pin.
  5. Brush the melted butter on every sheet.
  6. First set 8 sheets add filling of nut, repeat this process to set 8 sheets.
  7. Set 4 sheet and brush with butter, Bake at 180* C for ½ hour until golden brown colour comes.
  8. After Baking pour the syrup over the top, serve.
