Banana Walnut Bread is a wholesome blend of walnuts and bananas. Use ripe bananas to make these so that you can none of the bananas go to waste.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 Cups
  • Salt 2pinches
  • Cinnamon powder 2 pinches
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Banana ripe 5-6
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Brown sugar powdered ¾ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp

 

Method:
In bowl, place sifter ,add all-purpose flour, salt, cinnamon powder, baking powder, sift together and mix well & set aside.Peel the bananas and mash well with the help of the fork & set aside.In bowl,add butter and whisk well.
Add brown sugar,eggs and whisk well.Add mashed banana,vanilla essence and whisk well.Gradually add flour mixture and fold with the help of the spatula.
Grease 9 x 3 inch loaf pan with butter,place butter paper and grease again with butter.Now pour prepared batter and tap for 2-3 times on working counter.
Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for 60-65 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince/chicken mince 1kg
  • Nalli goda 175gm
  • Chopped onion 250gm
  • Chopped tomatoes 400gm
  • Chopped green chilies 3-4
  • Garlic 2tbsp
  • Ginger 2tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Tomatoes cut in round 2
  • Oil/clarified butter 500gm
  • Chappal kabab masala 1packet

 

Method:
In mince add chopped onion , tomatoes, ginger , garlic ,green chilies , chappal kabab masala kneed it and let it marinate for 30 min , now in a pan fry eggs lightly and remove, now mix marinated mince in eggs and make a shape of chappal kabab , add tomatos and nalli , heat oil in a pan fry chappal kabab and serve.

Ingredients to marinate:

  • Chicken breast 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Sauce :

  • Tomato chopped 4
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Black pepper powder ½ tbsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tbsp
  • Oregano ½ tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Other ingredients:

  • Mozzarella cheese Grated as required
  • Cheddar cheese Grated as required
  • Tortilla breads as required

Method :
Step. 1 : take a bowl and add chicken and then salt , red chilli powder , black pepper powder , vinegar , garlic powder . Cumin powder and Mix it Well and rest it for 30 Mints at room temp . Step 2 Now take a pan and add oil and then add onion and stir it well cook it until it becomes soft and then add tomato and stir it well and cook it well and then add black pepper powder , cumin powder , Red chilli powder , salt , sugar , paprika powder , oregano , vinegar , tomato ketchup , and mix it well and add 1 cup water and cover with lid and cook for 10 to 15 Mints on medium flame . After that reat it at room temp and then put into grinder jar and grind it well your sauce is ready

Ingredients:

  • Beef boti ½ kg
  • Chana dal ½ cup
  • Onion 1
  • Whole red chili 6-8
  • Salt
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Garlic cloves 5-6

Ingredients for Chutney:

  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves 6 – 8
  • Green chilies 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin roasted 1tbsp
  • Mango powder ½ tsp
  • Onion 1 small
  • Garlic cloves 2-3

 

Method
Add meat, chana daal, onion, red chilli, salt and ginger garlic
Cook it until meat tender
Choprize the mixture

Method:
Grind all ingredients without water
Now make a ball of kabab fill chatni in the center of the kabab and make round shape kabab fry it till golden color

Ingredients:

  • Nuggets ½ kg
  • Cashew nuts 20
  • Melon seeds 3 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cardamom 2
  • Cloves 2
  • Peppercorns 1 tbsp
  • Onions 3 large
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Whole spice ½ tbsp
  • Red Chili powder ½ tbsp
  • Green Chili 2
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Cottage cheese 200 gm
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp

Method:
Boil cashew and melon seeds for 20 min after that let them cool and make a paste of it with little bit of waterHeat the oil in a pan add bay leaf and all spices and add 3 choped onion mix it all together and roast it till onion turns pink in color
now add nuts paste 2 blended tomatoes stir it till it leaves the sides of the pan
Now let the mixture cool and then grind the mixture don’t add bay leaf in the mixture. Now take a pan add butter red chilli it will give a nice color to paneer saute paneer then add the mixture garnish with cream or malai
