Ingredients for marinate:

  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tablespoons
  • Curd 3/4 cup
  • Bihari kabab masala 1/2 packet
  • Fried onions crushed 3
  • Green chili paste 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper 1/4 teaspoon

To Sauté:

  • Clarified butter as required
  • Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Tomatoes sliced 3
  • Lemon sliced 1
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken powder 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Coal to smoke
  • Cream Curd Layer
  • Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Curd 3 tablespoons
  • Green chilies 3
  • Cumin ground 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Star anise powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves 5-7
  • Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
  • Blend together

METHOD:
In bowl add beef minced and all ingredients of marinate mix well and leave for whole night. Heat clarified butter add marinate minced in it. when its done add tomato, lemon sliced, chicken powder, sugar, cream and coriander mix well. Give a smoke of coal. Drizzle oil and cream cook for more 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Beef strips 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Water 4 cups

For Dry Coating:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Egg Wash:

  • Eggs 2 units
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Sauce Mixture:

  • Sriracha sauce ¼ cup
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Barbecue sauce 1 tbsp
  • Roasted sesame 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp

Method:
Add beef strips, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chili sauce, green chilies, salt, black pepper and 2 cup of water cover and cook till water is dries out. Coat with flour dip in egg and again coat with flour and cook deep fry in hot oil. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan add sesame oil and garlic fry well. Add sauce mixture. Add fried beef strips mix well. Serve hot with sauce. For sauce mixture mix all ingredients of sauce. For dry coating mix flour, crushed red chilies, mix vegetables, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and black pepper mix well.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yeast 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp

METHOD:
for naan mix flour, yeast, yogurt, vinegar and salt mix well and leave for rinse. Wet desi tawa and toast from other side. Then flip from other side direct cook on flame. For wet tawa used spary bottle. In bowl add butter, chopped coriander, chopped garlic mix well. Brush on naan and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton boiled 2 kg (cut in small pieces)
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 glass
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch chopped
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch chopped
  • Green chilies to taste
  • Biryani masala 2 packet
  • Ginger julienned as required
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Fried Onion 1 cup
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Rice 1-½ kg
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Star anise flower 2-3
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Green chilies as required
    Coriander and mint as required
    Fried onion as required
    Yellow food color few drops
    Milk ¼ cup
    clarified butter as required

Degi Masala:

  • Nutmeg 1
  • Mace 3
  • Small cardamoms 7-8
  • Star Anise 2
  • Add all ingredient in Grinder & grind well.

Method:
For degi masala, blend all ingredients in blender well. Add mutton pieces, onion, garlic paste and ginger paste with glass of water cook till its done. For cream curd, beat cream and yogurt well. Add salt, star anise, green chilies, coriander and mint leaves mix well. For assemble apply clarified butter on the side of pan add degi masala. Add boiled mutton with biryani masala and cream curd. Add fried onion, coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger, cumin, all spice and degi masala. Add rice cover and cook. Add green chilies, coriander, mint leaves, fried onion, yellow food color, milk and clarified butter cook for 10 to 15 leave for simmer.
