Ingredients:

  • Quail 12
  • Ginger paste 3 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 3tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Fried onion half
  • Nihari 1 ½ packet
  • Flour as required

Ingredients to temper:

  • Fried onion ½
  • Oil as required
  • Paprika as required

 

Method:

First take half cup of oil fry onion then add ginger garlic paste fry a bit until aroma put batair in it and fry for a while add chilli powder and nihari masala for a minute then add water almost that its above the lerd of batair and keep it on low heat till almost well done then add flour mixed well with water it works thickening agent for the gravy then add bhagar and it for another ½ an hour serve with roti and garnish.

Ingredients:

  • Avocadoes 2
  • Flour wheat 2 cup
  • Cumin roasted 1 ½ tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 clove
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed chili 2 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 6-7
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

Method:
Combine all the ingredient into a dough without adding any water and make roti as it is done and add the end add a bit oil on the top on the both sides.

Ingredients to marinate chicken:

  • Chicken breast strips 1 ½:
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder ¼ tsp

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Tahini sauce ½ cup
  • Plain yogurt ¼ cup
  • Garlic minced ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Ingredients to assemble:

  • Shawarma roti 1
  • Tomatoes cut into slices 1
  • Capsicum cut into slices 1

 

Method:

Cut boneless into thin slices and add the all ingredients and marinade it for at least 3 to 4 hours in the fridge add 2 tbsp. oil as well take a grill pan and grilled the chicken for plating toast the shawarma bread place the sauce put the grilled chicken sprinkles tomatoes onion and capsicum add few finely chopped parsley on top for garnish.

Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 -½ cup
  • Prawns ½ kg
  • Biryani masala 1- ½ packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  • Potatoes 4
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • lemon 1
  • Coriander finely chopped as required
  • Fried onion 3
  • Oil ½ cup

 

Method:
First take ½ cup oil and fry onions then add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute add tomatoes potatoes 2 green chilies bhuna masla add biryani masala add ½ cup water and keep it cook until potatos are tender then add prawns it should be fresh and add yogurt ½ cup bhuno again add coriander when the masala is ready add green chilies and place boil rice on top the rice should be boiled for a while not tender add slices of lemon and color on the top of a pinch mixed with kewra 1 tsp and keep it on dum for ½ hour
