Ingredients:

  • Beef minced 500 gm
  • Beef fat 100 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
  • Sweet soda ½ tsp
  • Kachri powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garam masal powder 1 tsp

For Rice:

  • Boiled Rice 1 cup
  • Butter 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Saffron essence few drops
  • Yellow color few drops
  • Tomatoes 3 to 4

METHOD:
For kabab, add fat and all ingredient in beef minced mix well. Pierce minced on skewers and barbecue on grill. Heat butter add boiled rice, chicken powder and salt mix well. In serving dish keep rice then add saffron essence and yellow food color. Place kabab on it. Serve with grilled tomatoes.

Ingredients for Chicken Marinade:

  • Chicken with bone 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lamb fat 100 gm
  • Salt 2 tbsp

Ingredients for GRAVY:

  • Ghee ¼ cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 cups
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Green chili big whole 5 to 6
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp

METHOD:
In mixing bowl add chicken and all ingredients to marinate chicken, leave for 2 hour in fridge. Pierce chicken and fat on skewers, cook on coal. Heat clarified butter in wok add ginger garlic paste fry well. Add tomato puree, yogurt, all spices cook well. Add green chilies, barbecue chicken and fat in gravy cook well. Add ginger and green coriander, serve.

Ingredients:

APPLE CINNAMON FILLING:

  • Apple chunks 500 gm
  • Water 1 cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Corn starch as required
  • CAKE MAKING
  • Vanilla sponge 2 lbs
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Whippy whip cream 2 cups
  • Apple cinnamon filling as required
  • Red cherry for garnish

METHOD:
For filling add all ingredients in pan, cook till it becomes thick. Let it cool add whipping cream mix well. Cut sponge into 3 layers. Add cream on one layer then second and third simultaneously. Pour cream from top and decorate with cherries.
