  • Beef minced 1 kg
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Onion paste 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves 1/2bunch
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Tikka masala ½ tsp

Marinate beef with onion paste, yogurt and ginger garlic paste. Add minced in hot oil cook on low flame till water is dries out. Add all ingredients except oil mix well. Add mustard oil stir continuously, cook on low flame. Give a smoke of coal & serve.


  • Red snapper 1kg
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Green olives 4 tbsp Garlic paste 2 tbsp Ginger paste ½ tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp Oregano 2 tbsp Thyme 1/2 tbsp Rosemary 1/2 tbsp Onions 6
  • Lemon slices 1
  • Carrots diced 1
  • Cottage cheese 2 tbsp
  • Oil to drizzle
  • Salt 1/2 tbsp

Clean the fish cuts on both sides. Rub garlic ginger paste, black pepper, red chili flakes, lemon juice and all the herbs evenly inside out of the fish. Rub oil on foil and put fish on it then add all the vegetables on it. Put cheese on top and seal the foil. Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Dish out & serve.


  • Chapli kabab 3 patties
  • Rocket leaves 2 packets Salad leaves
  • 1 bunch Olive oil 5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tbsp vinegar ½ tbsp Nuts as required
  • Olives as required
  • Cottage cheese as required
  • Oregano ½ tsp


Grill chapli kabab on pan and keep aside. In large bowl add ice berg, lettuce leaves, olive oil, rocket leaves, nuts, olive and cottage cheese mix well. In separate bowl add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano and vinegar mix well. Add in salad bowl toss well. Cut chapli kabab in strips and mix in salad.


  • Bitter gourd pulp 2 large
  • Isabgol ½ tsp
  • Mint leaves few
  • Black salt ¼ tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Basil seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ice cubes as required

Boil bitter gourd. Cover and cook bitter gourd on tawa till soft. Remove pulp. In blender add all ingredients except basil seeds blend well. Before remove add basil seeds. Pour in glass & serve.
