Ingredients

 
  • For samosa Patti
  • All purpose Flour               ½ kg
  • Clarified Butter                  3tbsp
  • Oil                                           for frying
  • Salt                                        to taste
  • For Filling
  • Beef Mince                          ½ kg
  • Chopped onion                 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste           1tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper     1 tsp
  • All Spice Powder                1tsp
  • Red Chili Powder               1tbsp
  • Egg                                         1
  • Oil                                          2-3tbsp
  • Salt                                        to taste

Methods

  1. Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of all purpose  flour .
  2. Now add 3tbsp of clarified butter  as required  salt and as required water to make a dough
  3. leave for few hours and  roll the dough  with help of  rolling pin.
  4.  For filling: Take a pan add 2-3tbsp of oil tbsp ½ kg  of beefmince  1 tbsp ginger garlic paste fry
  5. Add1 onion  fry  then add 1 tbsp of crushed  black pepper  1 tbsp  of red chili powder
  6. Add 1tsp  of all spice powder  and a pinch of salt  and roast it.
  7. Then take it out in a mixing bowl and leave it to cool down.
  8. Fill the samosa pattis with filling. Seal the corners with the use of a egg.
  9. Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry the samosas in it.
  10. Serve it with salad leaves and chutney.
