Ingredients for Sponge:

  • Flour 100 gm
  • Sugar 125 gm
  • Eggs 5
  • Cocoa powder 25 gm
  • Baking powder 5 gm

Other Ingredients:

  • Cream 2 cups
  • Fruit cocktail as required
  • Red cherries 8 – 10
  • Milk as required
  • Chocolate ganache as required

Add eggs and sugar to the mixing bowl for the sponge and beat it. Then add flour cocoa powder, baking powder and fold it. Now put it in a 9 * 9 inch baking mold and bake in a hot oven at 180 degree centigrade for 30 to 35 minutes, then take out the cake and cool it. Then cut it in half and make two layers. Now put milk on one layer. Apply the cream, then add the fruit cocktail and put another layer on it, then apply the cream on it and cook. Now apply chocolate garnish on the corner of the cake and apply drops with cream. Finally garnish with red cherries and serve.


  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic 5-6
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Tomato 2 medium
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Potato cubes 1 cup
  • Carrot cubes ½ cup
  • Capsicum cubes ¼ cup
  • Bringal cubes ½ cup
  • Saim ki phalli 1/4 cup
  • Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chili julienned 1 -2

put yoghurt, tomato, garlic and all the ingredients in a blender and raise it. Then heat oil in a pan and make onion golden. Then add yoghurt mixture and cook till oil comes to the top. Now add all vegetables and water in it. Cook for a while then cover and cook the vegetables for so long
Finally add lemon juice and green chilies and serve hot. Chat patti bhaji is ready.


  • Chapli Kabab 6 – 8
  • Burger buns 3 – 4
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Onion julienned 1
  • Capsicum julienned 1
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Shredded cheese 1 cup
  • Water 2- 3 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Iceberg as required
  • Tomato sliced 5-6



Put butter in a pan and mix well. Then add onion or capsicum, then add masala, chicken powder, shredded cheese, mayonnaise and mix it.
now roast the burger buns and apply mayonnaise on it . then put iceberg and place chapli kabab . Then add the cheese mixture and place the sliced kebabs and tomatoes again .Then add the cheese mixture from above in the end cover the burger from bun and serve

Milk 2 cups
Water ½ cup
Saffron essence few drops
Almonds 2 tbsp
Pistachios 2 tbsp
Coconut crushed ½ tbsp
Tea leaves 1-½ tsp
Sugar as required


Take water and tea leaves in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add milk, almonds, pistachios, coconut, sugar and saffron essence to the other pan now strain the tea leaves, add them to the milk and cook for one to two minute serve hot at the end
