Ingredients:

  • Oil for frying
  • Eggs 2
  • Water 2 tsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Cauliflower 1 head
  • Buffalo sauce 1 cup
  • Spring onion 2 tbsp

Method:
Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Beat eggs with 2 tsp water. Dip cauliflower pieces in egg then in flour mixture and fry them. Coat fried cauliflower nuggets in buffalo sauce. Garnish with spring onion and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Water ½ cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 1-2
  • Honey to taste

 

Method:
Mix all ingredients and cook when it boils then simmer for 5 minutes and serve.

Ingredients for Crust:

  • Potatoes (boiled & mashed) ½ kg
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Egg 1

For Filling:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Fish fillets 300 gm
  • Prawns 300gm
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Spring onion 3 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
    Spring onion for garnish

 

Method:
Mix potatoes, salt, black pepper, butter and set aside. Roast flour in a pan then mix it in milk. Heat butter adds garlic, spring onion and sautes them. Now add fish and cook when its gets then add flour milk mixture. Then add salt, black pepper, prawns and cook for 1 minute. Now add cream, cheese and mix. Then take out this mixture in pie dish then add potato mixture and bake in pre heat oven till golden.
