Ingredients:
- Chicken small pieces 1-1/2 cup
- Buffalo sauce ½ cup
- Onion, tomato, salad leaves as required
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Tortillas (medium) 4-5
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Method:
Heat oil and add the boiled chicken pieces .now add the buffalo sauce and cook for 5 minutes .then in medium tortillas spread the mayonnaise and black pepper .after this add onion ,tomato and salad leaves .now add chicken and then cheddar cheese then roll it .after this grill and serve .

- Beef mince 300 grams
- Bread slices 1
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Ingredients for sandwiches:
- Long buns 4
- Mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp
- Cheese slices 4
- Pizza sauce ¾ cup
- Butter as required
- Italian herbs as required
Method:
Mix the all ingredients of meat ball and leave to 15 to 20 hours .now make the balls and fry in oil or bake .after this dish out and remove then add pizza sauce and mix .now cut the long buns in the middle side don’t separate the bun .then spread the butter then apply the meat ball mixture and sprinkling the mozzarella cheese. Now place the cheese slices and Italian herbs .then bake in preheated oven till than melt .
