Ingredients for kabab:
- Boiled and mashed potatoes 4
- Split bengal gram ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Water ½ cup
- Eggs whites beaten 2
- Buns 4-6
- Salad leaves as required
- Cucumber slices as required
- Tomato slices as required
- Oil as required
Ingredients for chatni:
- Mint ½ cup
- Green coriander 1 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Tomato 1
- Dried Mango powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
Method:
- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Boil daal with all the given ingredients till its tender.
- Mash and mix with potatoes.
- Make kababs, dip in beaten egg white and shallow fry it.
- Cut the buns in half and heat in a little oil, put chatni, salad leaves, kabab, cucumber and tomato slices, top with bun and serve hot.
- For chatni, blend all ingredients together until it forms a paste like consistency.
