For filling ingredients:
- Chicken small pieces 300 grams
- Boiled white chickpeas 2 cup
- Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion large 1
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Curry powder 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock ¾ cup
- Boiled chopped tomatoes 2
- Oil to taste
- Crushed small cardamom 2
- Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
- Green coriander as required
- Whole bread or large buns as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry chopped onion and crushed garlic .now add chicken pieces ,paprika powder ,boiled chopped tomatoes ,curry powder ,crushed small cardamom ,salt and cinnamon add then roast chicken. Then add chickpeas and chicken stock mix and cook .after this cut the bread in to pieces and remove from inside .finally fill the filling and garnish with green coriander .
Ingredients:
- Chicken with skin 1
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Mango chutney/ Muraba ¾ cup
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped green chili 1
Method:
Firstly mango chatney or muraba ,mayonnaise , Worcester shire sauce and crushed red chili mix and set aside .now heat oil and fry chopped onion and chopped green chili .then add chicken with skin ,salt ,onion powder and garlic powder mix well .when cook for a minute then add mix chantey then spread in oven try .after this place in preheated oven till than golden color .finally remove and serve.
