  • Flour                                      2 cups
  • Yeast                                      1 tbsp
  • Baking powder                   ½ tsp
  • Yogurt                                   2 tbsp
  • Salt                                         ½ tsp
  • Sugar                                      1 tbsp
  • Oil                                           2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Butter                                    4 tbsp
  • Garlic powder                     1 tbsp


  1. Mix flour, yeast, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar, add in yogurt, oil, mix well.
  2. Knead with lukewarm water into a soft dough and leave the dough for 1 hour.
  3. In another bowl, mix butter and coriander leaves.
  4. Make balls, roll it, punch the nan well, put to cook on hot tawa, cook on both sides.
  5. Spread the hot nan with butter, and serve with koyla karahi.
