Carrot Cookie
Ingredients:
Butter 2 ounces
Caster Sugar ½ cup
Egg 1
Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
Flour 1 cup
Oat Mat 1 cup
Chopped Walnuts ½ cup
Cinnamon Powder ½ tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Carrots ½ cup
For icing
Sugar 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
Orane Juice
Method:
• Beat together, butter, caster sugar and vanilla essence.
• Add in egg and beat it.
• Add in flour, oat meal, chopped walnuts, cinnamon Powder, 1 tsp baking powder and ½ cup grated carrots. Fold the, add in milk and mix.
• Put it in the baking dish and bake it for 20 mins at 180 C
• Cool it.
• For icing: take sugar, 2 tbsp butter and orange juice. beat it and spread them in cookies and serve.
