Chapli Kabab French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chapli kabab (beef) 1 packet
  • Toast bread slices 8
  • Milk 750 ml
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese slices 8
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Oil ¼ cup

 

Method:
In a bowl add milk, cream, eggs, salt and black pepper. Mix well and set aside. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the chapli kababs on both sides for about 5-6 minutes. Set aside. Now dip a bread slice in the milk mixture and place cheese slice. Then place chapli kabab and again cheese slice. Dip another bread slice in the mixture and place it on the sandwich. Now heat a little oil in a pan and fry the sandwich on a medium heat on both sides for about 5-6 minutes. Remove and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless (thick strips) 1cup
  • Cabbage (graded) 2cup
  • Carrot 2cup
  • Mushroom (sliced) 1cup
  • Soy sauce 4tbsp
  • Chicken yeast 2liter
  • Black pepper 1-1/2tsp
  • Cornflower 6tbsp
  • Egg white 6
  • Chili sauce 1 cup
  • Water 1liter
  • Lemon juice 4tbsp

Method:
In a bowl add water, chicken yeast, black pepper, chili sauce and salt and cook till it gets a boil. Now in it add chicken and cook till 2 mins and add corn flour in 1 cup of water and cook for some more mins. Now add egg whites, lemon juice, soy sauce and vegetables to mix and serve it hot.

Ingredients:

  • Fish (sliced) ½ kg
  • Onion (chopped) 1 large
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 tin
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf few

 

Method:
In a bowl add fish, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric powder, vinegar and chili powder. Mix well and marinate for about 2 hours. Then heat a little oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides for 12-15 minutes. Set aside. Now in sauce pan add the remaining oil add onion and fry till golden. Then add mustard paste, coconut milk, bay leaf, salt, cumin, fenugreek leaves and lemon juice. Bring it to a boil and cook until it gets thick. In the end pour on the fish and serve hot.
