Ingredients :
- Pasta boiled 1 packet
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red chili crushed ½ tsp
- Red beans 1 cup
- Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
- Mince ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes chopped 2 cups
- Capsicum 1
- Coriander few leaves
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Method :
Heat oil fry onion till brown , now add mince ginger garlic , black pepper , crushed red pepper , Tabasco sauce, and tomatoes and roast , now dish out the pasta and place mince , then add cheddar cheese , capsicum , coriander , and boiled red beans & serve .
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
- Green Chilies 10
- Tomato Paste 1 cup
- Tomato Ketchup 1/2cup
- Finely Chopped Ginger 1
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds (chopped) 2tsp
- All spice Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Lemon Juice 4
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Red Chili (chopped) 1 tsp
- Chili Sauce 2tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
• Heat oil in a clay pot, add finely chopped ginger.
• When aroma comes, add onion.
• Now add chicken and fry on high flame.
• Then add tomatoes, cream, yogurt, tomato ketchup, cumin seeds, turmeric, salt, all spice powder, lemon juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili and cook on low flame.
• In the end, add green chili and let it simmer for 10 minutes and serve with rice.
Ingredients:
- White Flour 1/2 kg
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
- Clarified butter for frying
Method:
In a bowl, add all ingredients except clarified butter and Mix.
Now Kneading well, and make medium balls.
Now fry paratha in ghee.
Roghni Paratha is ready.
