Cheesy pizza squares Recipe

Ingredients

Square crackers 1 packet

Pizza sauce ½ cup

Cheddar cheese ½ cup

Mozzarella cheese 1 cup

Olive slice 3 tbsp

Onion chopped coarsely 1

Tomatoes seeds removed and chopped 1

Capsicum chopped in to cubes 1

Oregano to sprinkle

Ingredients for pizza sauce

Pizza sauce 1 cup

Cream cheese 4 tbsp

Cream 2 tbsp

Green chilies chopped 2

Crushed red pepper 1 tsp

Chicken powder 1 tsp

Crushed garlic 1 tsp

Oil ¼ cup

Onion 1 chopped

Method for sauce

Heat oil, sauté onion and garlic then add all the ingredients except cream cheese and cream, cook for 10 minutes and remove. Add cream and cream cheese, mix well. Serve with pizza squares.

Method for squares

Spread pizza sauce on each cracker top with cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, capsicum then both the cheese, sprinkle oregano, bake for 7 to 8 minutes until cheese melts.
