Chicken 65 Pakora

Ingredients

  • For marination:
  • Boneless chicken                             300 gram
  • Yogurt                                                   2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste                           1 tbsp
  • Turmeric                                              ¼ tsp
  • All spice powder                               ¼ tsp
  • Yellow color                                        1 pinch
  • Cumin powder                                  ½ tsp
  • Oil                                                           for frying
  • For batter:
  • Gram flour                                          1 cup
  • Rice flour                                             ½ cup
  • Soda                                                      1/8 tsp
  • Salt                                                         ¾ tsp
  • Red chili powder                              1 tsp
  • For baghar:
  • Green chilies (cut in length)        6-8
  • Curry leaves                                       8-10
  • Yogurt                                                   2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice                                       1 tbsp

Methods

  1. Marinate chicken with all marination ingredients and leave for 2-3 hours.
  2. Now mix all ingredients of batter and add marinated chicken in it then fry on low flame.
  3. Then heat 2 tbap oil and fry curry leaves in it.
  4. Also fry green chilies.
  5. Now add yogurt and lemon juice and cook well.
  6. Then add fry pakora mix and serve.
