Here is a scrumptious and non-conventional appetizer recipe for all the cheese lovers out there! It is effortless and absolutely delicious.

INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:

Flour 350 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast ½ tsp
Caster sugar 1 tbsp
Bread improver ½ tsp
Milk powder ½ tbsp
Water as required
Oil for greasing

FOR THE FILLING:

Chicken 200-250 gm
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cheese 50 gm
Green paste 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Green chilies 2-3
Dried onion 2 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Oregano 1 tbsp
Dried onion 4 tbsp
Oregano for sprinkling
Cheese for sprinkling
Red onion for sprinkling
Oil for brushing

METHOD:

For the dough, in a bowl add all the dry ingredients and form dough with the help of water.
Leave it for proofing, for a while.
For the filling, heat oil and cook the chicken well.
Then add salt and all the spices. Mix properly.
Now add 2 tbsp dry onion, mix well and allow it to cool.
Then make the balls out of the dough and spread evenly.
Now add the filling and give the bread shape. Then again leave it for a while for proofing.
Now brush the bread with eggs and sprinkle dry onion and oregano.
Bake it in an oven on 200°c and serve.
