Ingredients:

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Cloves 4
  • Green Cardamoms 3
  • Button Red Chilies 6-7
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • White Chili 1 tbsp
  • Coconut Milk 1 packet
  • Finely Chopped Onions 3
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coriander Leaves for garnish

 

 

Method:
In a pan, heat oil/ghee add onions and fry.
Now add ginger garlic paste, cook on few seconds then add chicken.
When chicken comes white layer add cloves, button red chilies, white pepper, crushed black pepper and salt.
After 2 minutes add coconut milk and chicken let it cook, until they are tenders.
In the end, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 6
  • Chicken nuggets ½ packet
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Carrots ½ cup
  • Cabbage 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Lettuce as required
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Oil as required

 

Method:
Spread butter on bread slices and toast it well. Cut the bread sides. Then heat oil and fry the chicken nuggets. Cut it. Now in a bowl add carrots, cabbage, black pepper, salt and ½ cup mayonnaise. Mix well. Then in another bowl add tomato ketchup, remaining mayonnaise and mustard paste. Mix well. Now place chicken nuggets onto the bread slice and cover with another bread slice. Then spread ketchup mixture. Now in the eggs add salt and black pepper, beat well and fry it in the hot oil. Then place the fried egg onto the bread slice. Now place lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Cover with another bread slice. Lastly cut the sandwiches from the center and serve.

  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Spinach ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green peas 2
  • Yogurt 250gm
  • Cauliflower 250gm
  • Carrots 2
  • Red chilies 10
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Cumin 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Mustard seeds 2tsp
  • Lemon juice 4tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek 2tbsp

Method:
Soaked red chilies for whole night. Remove and blend with cumin, salt and turmeric. Heat oil add potatoes, carrot, peas and cauliflower fry well, remove. Add mustard cook till fragrance come. Add ready yogurt mixture cook well. Add fried vegetables, spinach and tomatoes mix well. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. When vegetables are done add lemon juice, dried fenugreek and chopped coriander, serve.
