Ingredients:

  • Chicken 3 pieces
  • Water 2 kg
  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Corn ½ cup
  • Corn flour 5 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1

 

Method:
Cut green chilies and add them to vinegar. Put chicken and corn to boil for half an hour then add carrot and boil till it reduces to half. Then separate bone and shred chicken. Add salt, black pepper and corn flour dissolved in water to thicken also adds beaten egg. Mix and serve. Serve with green chilies dip in vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce.

  • Warm milk 1 cup
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Flour 2 cups
  • For Topping:
  • Melted unsalted butter 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Pre heat oven to 180 C. Mix all ingredients with half egg and knead dough and leave to rise till double. When it gets double then makes buns and put them in greased baking tray to raise more. Now brush egg on dinner buns and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. When they get done then add butter and water mixture on top and serve it with soup.
