Chicken Fried Rice Balls are a wonderful combination of fried rice with chicken. It has a crispy coating on the outside that is extremely delicious.

Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken 300 gm
- Boiled rice 1-1/2 cup
- Capsicum chopped 2 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Egg yolk 1
- Salt to taste
- Thyme, oregano 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ingredients for coating:
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs as required
- Flour ½ cup
- Oil for fry
Method:
Mix boiled chicken and boiled rice with all ingredients, make a balls. Coat balls with flour then dip in egg. Coat with bread crumbs cook on hot oil till golden color comes, serve.
Ingredients:
- Boiled white chickpeas 2 cup
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic pieces 2-3
- Splay paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt, white pepper as required
For Garnish
- Olive for garnish
- Parsley for garnish
Method:
In a blender add all ingredients blend well. Then dish out garnish with olive and parsley, serve.
Ingredients:
- Banana jelly crystals 1 packet
- Strawberry jelly crystals 1 packet
- Water 1 cup
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Gelatin 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cream for garnish
Method:
Make banana jelly and strawberry jelly and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Then cut cubes and again put in refrigerator. Now dissolve gelatin in 1 cup water and add condensed milk in it. Grease mould with oil then first add jelly pieces then condensed milk and gelatin mixture then keep mould in refrigerator overnight. Now de mould it and garnish with cream.
