Chicken Jhat Pat :

  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger& garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum julienne ½ cup
  • Tomato julienne ½ cup
  • Onion julienne ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Fresh coriander chopped for garnish

METHOD:
In a pan heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger .then add chicken and fry .then add some water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes .now add ketchup ,tomato paste and all ingredients mix and cook till than oil separate .finally add green coriander and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1kg
  • Chicken 500gm
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 8 -10
  • Sesame seeds ¼ cup
  • Coconut crushed ¼ cup
  • Peanut roasted ¼ cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp

METHOD:
In a frying pan add peanut, coconut and sesame roast and add some water then blend it. then in a wok heat oil and sauté garlic paste. Now add chicken fry .after this add curry leaves and cook for a minute .after this add all spices and peanut paste and cook till than chicken tender .finally add mix spinach paste and cook for 3 to minutes and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Yellow lentils 1 cup
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Small cardamom 4 – 6
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Coconut chopped 2 tbsp
  • Raisin 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 1 tbsp

METHOD:
Boil the yellow lentils and grind it .after this in milk add sugar syrup then boil .then in a pan heat clarified butter and add small cardamom and grinded lentils .when lentils roast then add sugar syrup and cook till than halwa thick .
