- Chicken 1 kg
- Tomatoes 6
- Ginger julienned 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt beaten 100 gm
- Green coriander chopped½ bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Oil 175 ml
- Karahi spice mix 1 packet
In a pan, heat ½ cup of oil. Add ginger and garlic paste fry for 2-3 minutes. Add meat fry for 7-8 minute on medium flame. Add karahi spice mix cook further for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 cup of water, cover and cook on low flame until meat is done. Heat ½ cup of oil add tomatoes cook on low flame until soft and oil separate 5-6 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add yogurt cook for 2-3 minute at medium flame. Now add cooked tomatoes, half julienne cut ginger, half of fresh coriander and whole green chilies, cover and cook for 4-5 minute on medium flame. Garnish with remaining green chilies and julienned cut ginger.
- Bread flour 2- ½ cups
- Cheddar cheese shredded 1 cup
- Jalapenos chopped 1/4 cup
- Jalapeño, sliced 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Warm water as required
- Instant yeast 2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1tsp
Mix yeast, salt, sugar and flour, knead dough with warm water and leave for rinse. Mix chopped jalapeno and half cheese in it. Leave for 30 minute. Give a shape, add remaining cheese and jalapenos. Bake in preheat oven for 20 to 30 minute at 200C. remove and cool, cut into slices and serve.
